We thrive on helping individuals feel and look even more beautiful through providing luxury personalized esthetic services. •Important Booking Information• Please read ALL policies prior to booking When booking an appointment please be sure to enter in all correct information. All appointment notifications and reminders are sent to the phone number and email entered on your client file. Deposit •Due to the influx of No-show appointments and prepaid debit cards being used to hold appointments LexyLuxee Esthetics is now requiring a NONREFUNDABLE deposit for services greater than $50. Appointments will be confirmed when deposit is received. Rescheduling •Appointments MUST be rescheduled within 24 hours of the original appointment or cancellation fees will take place. • You may reschedule the same appointment TWICE if needed as long as it is in the required time frame. If you need to reschedule again you will be REQUIRED to pay a deposit! Running Late • If you are running late please contact me so proper adjustments can be made if possible. I will not run into my next appointment because you’re running behind. • If you are 15mins late your appointment will be automatically canceled and marked as a no show resulting in a charge of the full cost of service. Appointment Timing •When booking please pay attention to service time frames.
